Where do you provide in-home care?
Most services are provided within London, although bookings further afield may be possible by arrangement.
Can you support dogs with behavioural needs?
Yes, behaviour aware care can be provided for dogs with a range of needs, including those who are reactive and/or anxious. Care will be adapted to their usual routines and ongoing training and management plans can be continued in your absence.
Do you care for multiple dogs?
Yes. Multi-dog households are welcome. Pricing is tailored to the number of dogs and their individual needs.
Can you care for other pets too?
Yes, in-home care can include other household pets, such as cats - where this is agreed as part of the booking.
Is Sirius Instinct the right fit for my dog?

How do payments work?
A 25% deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before care begins. Full payment is required before care for bookings made at shorter notice. Staged payments may be available for longer bookings by arrangement.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 14 days before your booking are eligible for a full deposit refund. For cancellations within 14 days, the deposit is normally non-refundable. Please see the full Booking & Cancellation Policy for details.
